Miata passed emissions! The LAST emissions test required! Time to weld in a straight pipe and chop the muffler off.

Did you go to the Whole Foods of emissions testing? Mine was 15 bucks.

Here in Ontario E-test don’t cost anything now, they where $30. The price of license plate sticker went up $40 tho.

Awwww really? I thought I’d have a better chance of bribing—er persuading an “authorized tester” to pass me as apposed to a Washington state one. Didn’t realize they were priced differently...

Does that include everything? Here’s a breakdown of my tabs cost, plus the $30 for emissions

Luckily most vehicles I’m interested in are either old enough or new enough that emissions testing doesn’t matter haha
It is nice not having safety inspections though

Wait you want it louder ??? Well at least we won’t lose you on the next drive lol

Texas had safety inspections, not sure how real they were. The M3 passed one with pretty much bald tires.

The Chevron on 100th gives you a free car wash if you pass.

Sorry, what was that? What? WHAT??!! SPEAK UP!!
(please let new tires quiet things down! I can barely hear my thoughts...)

I’m always amused when I see cars in Pull-A-Part with old SC inspection stickers on the windshield.

The 76 I went to does that as well! Might be time for the first car wash that isn’t done by me.
Or save it for the cold winter I’m anticipating

Yeah... I’m right there at the moment. Luckily even the best street legal summer tires are just pocket change with 15" wheels. I’m guessing it’s a bit more painful with the M3... 19's?

I’ve got 265 35 R18s on the back, they’re not cheap and I need new tires soon. I’m going to get a full set even if my fronts still like 20k+ miles on them. Going to keep my fronts and put them on the back of the 3 when it needs new tires. Fronts are a 245 40 r18, should fit fine on the back of the 3 even if I’ve got a 255 tire the back right now.

“emissions testing” never happens here, in actual fact no testing of any type unless you want to sell a car with registration

It wasn’t until I passed it this morning that I realized I was talking about the same place you went.
